Description
Unusual style super bells. Legs go inside slit open section with elastic waist and additional piece wraps around and ties at back. One small (~1″) seam opening at crotch to be resewn. Waist has some leadway: with bow tied together and 2 sections stretched as worn the waist is 34″. However, adding two slit through slots on waist of wrap section to pull each end of tie through would make a smaller waist though back would appear solid and not leg slit.
