Our luck continues with finding Deadstock items, particularly shoes. We just bought about 100 pairs of mostly boxed platform shoes in a handful of sizes and, best of all, in various sizes. This pair is available 7 1/2 D, 8 D and 9 1/2 D but supplies are very limited. Most shoes come boxed but last pairs may not have the original box.
With most of these pairs the light heel insert glue has deteriorated and this small piece of cardboard is curled inside the shoes. It can easily be reglued and often times it will reseat when worn since the glue is still tacky generally.
