Blue background with Orange, Green and Yellow Flowers. 1/4 zipper side with waist button. Back has slight elastic band. Really wide flow with slight pleats. Waist is 21″ unstretched and just about 22″ with the slight elastic. 13″ from top/center of waistband to hem.
