40’s. Either Syroco wood or clay composition. Front is a 8 pivoting silver metal rack that could hold belts or ties. Back wall mount piece is 6″ high x 9″ long detailed Syroco plaque that shows a large, multiple mast, ship on the waves on top. Ship is nicely detailed. Like new, NM++.
