Marked medium. Chest measures 42″. Sleeves appears just a little smaller than traditional. They measure 21 1/2″ from the shoulder seam for the sleeve to end of cuff. Two small light Brown dots to left of second button from top and above it. Not obvious and looks cleanable. Straight waist.
