As with all of the vintage Jordan jackets the underarms/arms are billowed like a bat wing so chest measurement would be of little help in terms of matching your measurement to that of a jacket you own so best measurement is probably waist which stretches just slightly from 40″ to 44″.
Measuring against a straight cut zipper jacket waist you might own would be a good comparison.
