Really cute Scottie item. Front is a winding round silver metal rack that could either hold 4 pair of pants, many ties or belts. Back wall mount piece is 6 1/2″ high x 5 1/2″ long detailed Syroco plaque that shows a Brown and a White Scottie on top of some wood plaques / boxes. Some less than normal use wear and some surface rust on metal piece but overall VG++ and on of the better condition ones we’ve seen.
